This notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and describes how personal data is processed for users accessing the services of the ARCHI-HUB platform (the "Platform"), available at archi-hub.it.

2. Data processed

The Platform collects and processes the following categories of personal data:

  • Registration data: first name, last name, email, password (hashed), studio/company, account type (Studio / Trader / Real Estate).
  • Usage data: access logs, IP address, activity on the platform (projects created, assets viewed, files uploaded).
  • Third-party data (Real Estate program): personal data of clients referred by Real Estate users (name, phone, email, property address). Processing of these data is subject to obtaining the client's express consent by the Real Estate user.
  • Documents: files uploaded to projects, declarations of intent, invoices (internal use only).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Service delivery: account management, platform access, wallet calculation, lead management (art. 6.1.b GDPR — contract performance).
  • Legal obligations: invoicing, AML (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Service communications: notifications on appraised projects, confirmed leads, inactivity reminders (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • IT security: fraud prevention, log analysis (art. 6.1.f GDPR — legitimate interest).

4. Retention period

  • Account data: for the duration of the relationship + 10 years after termination (tax obligations).
  • Access logs: 12 months.
  • Project files: for the duration of the relationship + 5 years.
  • Real Estate leads: 24 months from creation or until the client requests deletion.

5. Data recipients

Data may be shared with:

  • IT providers (Emergent Cloud hosting, MongoDB database, Resend email service) — all bound by DPAs compliant with art. 28 GDPR.
  • Tax and legal consultants within the limits required.
  • Competent authorities upon justified request.

Data is not transferred outside the European Union, except for IT providers that adopt EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Rights of the data subject

Pursuant to articles 15-22 GDPR, the data subject has the right to:

  • Access their own data and obtain a copy.
  • Request rectification or erasure.
  • Object to processing or restrict it.
  • Request portability in a structured format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Security

The Platform adopts technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, httpOnly+secure cookies, signed JWTs, role-based access control, periodic backups.

This notice may be updated. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.

The Italian version of this Privacy Policy prevails for legal purposes in Italy.
