Terms and Conditions of use

1. Nature of the service

ARCHI-HUB is a B2B platform reserved for professionals in the furniture and real estate sector: architects, interior design studios, traders/dealers and real estate agencies. Access is subject to approval by the Operator.

The Platform is not intended for final consumers and therefore the consumer protections of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs 206/2005) do not apply.

2. Registration

• The user warrants the truthfulness of the data provided.
• The Operator reserves the right to approve or reject registration requests at its discretion.
• Credentials are personal and may not be transferred to third parties.

3. Reward program

The Operator offers differentiated reward programs by partner type:

• Architects & Studios: 2% of the appraised project value, credited to the wallet upon project confirmation. Possible additional commission on actually confirmed projects.
• Real Estate: €100 per referred client visiting the Operator's showroom for a quote. Purchase is not required.
• Traders: reserved commercial conditions and access to dedicated logistics services.

The reward is recognised subject to express confirmation by the Operator. Wallet credits are redeemable as described in the members area.

4. Real Estate obligations

Users with a "Real Estate" account who enter third-party data (referred clients) declare that they have obtained the client's explicit prior consent to the processing of their personal data by the Operator, within the limits and for the purposes of the furnishing consultancy program.

The Real Estate user holds the Operator harmless from any liability arising from entering data without valid consent.

5. Price lists, prices and availability

Prices shown on the Platform are indicative and VAT excluded, unless otherwise indicated. Product availability is subject to confirmation at the time of order. The Operator may change the price lists at any time by giving notice through the Platform.

6. Intellectual property

All Platform content (text, images, logos, price lists, technical sheets) is owned by the Operator or by the respective rights holders and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without written authorisation is forbidden.

7. Limitation of liability

The Operator is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or technical maintenance. Liability for any errors in price lists, descriptions or availability is limited to the refund of any sums unduly received.

8. Termination

The user may request deletion of their account at any time by writing to partners@archi-hub.it. Deletion entails the loss of credits accrued and not yet redeemed, except where otherwise agreed.

9. Data processing

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of [city of registered office]. The parties may alternatively resort to compulsory mediation pursuant to D.Lgs 28/2010.

11. Changes

The Operator may modify these Terms by giving notice through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
